We refer to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's query letter dated 19 September 2007 in relation to the above mentioned subject.

Metacorp Berhad wishes to clarify that it is unable to furnish information as requested in the said letter for the following reasons:-

(1) The information on the net book value of the Properties is not available.

(2) The Company is not privy to the previous transactions entered by the Vendors and they are not prepared to reveal the information on their original costs of investment on the Properties and the date of such investments.

(3) Wonderful Haven Sdn Bhd has yet to finalize its development plan on the Properties.

Query Letter content :
We refer to your Company's announcement dated 18 September 2007, in respect of the aforesaid matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following
additional information for public release:-

1) The net book value of the 11 pieces of land ("Properties"), if available;
2) The original cost of investment on the Properties to the vendors and the
date of such investment; and
3) The information as per item 4, Part C of Appendix 10A of the Listing
Requirements or an appropriate negative statement.

Please furnish Bursa Securities with your reply within one (1) market day from
the date hereof.
