Metacorp Berhad (Metacorp) is an investment holding company with interest in real estate and property development both locally and overseas; and solid waste management concession. Metacorp is a wholly-owned subsidiary of MTD Capital Berhad.

Subsidiary Metacorp Properties Sdn Bhd (MPSB) undertakes a – 742 acre development of an integrated township, Taman Tasik Utama in Ayer Keroh, Melaka. This comprise residential, commercial and industrial components. It also houses a technical college and hostel for an anchor tenant, Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM).

Meanwhile, the Group’s first high end residential project in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur – Tanduk 5 Residency is undertaken by Landview Tower Sdn Bhd.

Overseas, In Australia, its portfolio includes the Blue Horizon Resort, Airlie Beach; Gardens in South Yarra, Melbourne. Whitsundays, Queensland; 88 Dow Street in Port Melbourne, Six Murphy Street and 339 Rockley.

The Group is an equal partner in E-Idaman Sdn Bhd (E-Idaman); with Cenviro Sdn Bhd; a subsidiary of Khazanah Nasional Berhad (the sovereign wealth fund of the Government of Malaysia) in solid waste management business operating in northern region of Peninsular, namely Kedah, Perak and Perlis.

In 2004, E-Idaman formed Environment Idaman Sdn. Bhd. (EISB) to undertake the Solid Waste Management and Public Cleansing Management concession by the Federal Government and subsequently formed Green Resource Recovery Sdn. Bhd. (GRRSB) in 2015, to tap into the non-concession area of businesses such as recycling, composting and landfill management.
