An investment holding company engaged solely as a concessionaire to
provide all related toll, tunnel and other facilities. The Company was
listed on the Second Board of Bursa Malaysia on 23 May 1995 before
transferring to the Main Board on 22 October 2003.

MTD Capital Bhd (MTD)
An investment holding company with core businesses in civil engineering
and construction,infrastructure development, property development and
manufacturing of construction related materials. MTD was listed on the
Second Board of the Bursa Malaysia on January 1994 and was subsequently
promoted to the Main Board in December 1998. Under the Group umbrella
are three Main Board companies, MTD InfraPerdana Bhd (MTD Infra),
Metacorp Berhad (Metacorp) and ACP Industries Berhad (ACPI).

MTD ACPI Engineering Bhd (MTDACPI)
MTD ACPI Engineering Berhad (MTD ACPI) emerged
following an internal integration within the MTD Group
involving ACP Industries Berhad and MTD Construction
Sdn Bhd. The enlarged entity is an investment holding company with
over 20 years of track record in the construction of mountain
roads, highways, bridges, building geotechnical works,
erosion control and highway maintenance. MTD ACPI also
manufactures precast concrete products for infrastructure
and buildings as well as involved in property development. It
was listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities
Berhad on 3 January 1995. After the completion of the
consolidation in November 2006, it changed its name to
MTD ACPI effective 8 May 2007.
